Being a realtor affords me the ability to combine two of my favorite passions, researching properties and helping others. You may not think these two go hand-in-hand, but when such a major life decision or purchase is on the line, you want to know you have someone in your corner who not only knows what they are doing, but can relay that information to you in a manner which educates you and affords you the confidence to make your next move. It is my goal as your broker to be with you every step of the way—from our first meeting, to showings, the contract process, inspection, and seeing things through to the closing table and beyond! I remain at the forefront, day or night, answering your questions, and doing my best to relieve the stress that can arise with such a major life event. Inquiries don’t just end because the sale has, and I strive to provide you with a level of service that leaves you so happy, you can’t wait to stay in touch. Whether for a vendor referral, neighborhood recommendation or better yet, referring my services to your family and friends knowing and trusting they are in excellent hands.
This mentality of client service balanced with data driven real estate knowledge and results, is what not only lead me to, but continues to feed such a successful partnership with The Kanter Team. We all bring something different to our team, but we are also likeminded, fierce advocates, always putting our clients’ needs first. This dynamic team provides you with knowledge you can rely on, and a combined 40+ years of real estate experience you can trust! We understand no two deals are the same and everyone makes a move for their own reasons, which is why relationships matter. It is not just about getting a deal done, but building a connection with our clients.
Even though I may willingly work just about 24/7, family time is super important to me, and I try to make as much of it with my growing one as possible. I can often be found at a ball game—because being a true born and raised Chicagoan the sports love runs deep—exploring new restaurants with friends, getting outdoors with our rescue dog or best of all, just enjoying time at our own home on the northwest side.
